Atelier: a room or a building in which an artist works

An 'Atelier'  is a space suitable for any artist who wants to create in a pleasant and protected environment. It was created out of the need of the performers, who, having completed their studies on the 'Improvisation & Performance Method', wanted to develop their works and present them to an audience.

​

Therefore, the 'Atelier' - like the 'Improvisation & Performance Method' - offers the performer tools for personal development in order to be able to respond to any theatrical or non-theatrical stage as well as the necessary knowledge to complete the production of their work. It is aimed at artists with experience in movement, physical theatre and performing arts in general.

The 'Atelier' provides:

• Artistic guidance (analysis of the idea or even finding that 'something I want to say, but I don't know where to start...')

• Artistic editing (composing and creating the structure of the work)

• Tools for the organisation and completion of the project (consultancy concerning the organisation and execution of the production of the project)​

The duration of each 'Atelier' is determined by agreement with the artist.
